Alka® Minerals are plant-based capsules providing a comprehensive blend of essential alkaline minerals, trace elements and nutrient-rich grasses. The formula combines calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, selenium, molybdenum, and chromium, alongside barley grass and wheatgrass for additional plant-based support.
At its core is natural Lithothamnium calcareum — a mineral-rich red algae sourced from pure seawater — valued for its naturally occurring, highly bioavailable calcium and magnesium content.

How to use Alka® Minerals?
2 × 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.
For increased requirements: Take 2 capsules twice a day.
The recommended dosage for this updated version of Alka Minerals is lower than that of its predecessor. This means you need fewer capsules per dose.
